If you decide to stop swimming, please let the bookkeeper know before the beginning of the next cycle in which you would normally receive a bill (Jim Lawrie 775-826-2241, email - or email Jim Lawrie).  Bills are distributed (either mailed or handed out during workout) near the beginning of the month in which the payment is due.  Please pay as soon as possible (Please make your checks payable to 'Sierra Nevada Masters', and mail them to PO Box 8044, Reno, NV 89507).  Sierra Nevada Masters dues are designed to pay expenses and there is no cash buffer to cover swimmers who do not pay in a timely manner.
