Boarding Services
- All boarding services require that the pet’s owner fill out the practices boarding form either prior to or at the time of check-in. We recommend that clients read through the consent form prior to boarding so that we can answer any questions you may have. You can visit one of our offices to pick-up a copy of the boarding agreement or download it from our website (download PDF). The boarding form provides options for kennel baths, toenail trims, and medical services, as well as an emergency contact number. We do require that you leave a contact number for yourself or someone whom can make medical decisions on behalf of your pet.

Vaccine Protocol
- For the safety of your pet and the other patients within our care, your required to bring proof of full vaccinations prior to your pet’s boarding.
- Vaccinations, that may have lapsed, should be given at least two weeks prior to your pet’s boarding as this allows for a better immunity response. For more information, see our Vaccine Protocol .
- Should your pet have vaccine reactions or written proof that they should not medically receive a vaccine that our practice requires, please call and speak with our staff member prior to boarding.
