Why create a website?

It's easy, and it's the least expensive way to present yourself and your business to the public.
Websites provide your customers, clients, or patients with the opportunity to learn more about you and your business. Today, more people are patronizing only businesses they can find on the web.
Unlike advertisements in the Yellow Pages, complex brochures, or most other marketing tools, websites are very easy to change and update. Websites are a great way to supplement your marketing strategy. By simply adding your website's address to your business cards, the front of your place of business, and/or any other advertising you may be doing right now, you are giving potential customers more ways to see that your business is the right one for them.

Websites are much more than simple presentation tools providing information about you or your business. A website can also allow your clients to contact you, schedule an appointment with you, or order a product from you in a way that's convenient for both you and them.

How to?

The whole process is very simple.

• Be sure you have a good idea what you would like your website to do (represent your business, schedule appointments, place orders, ...)
• Be sure you (or someone who understands your business such as a trusted employee) have enough time to write concise content for your new website, and to review our progress daily (You will receive frequent emails from us with links to your newly created pages. Simply click on those links, view the pages and send your comments back to us.)
• Use this WORD document template, fill it out with the appropriate content (Feel free to edit in any way; add, delete, or change the page names ...).
• Have photos of your business (buildings, surrounding, offices, employees, etc.) ready so our designers have something to work with (more is always better). Photos can be emailed as zip files, or if there are too many for emails to handle, they need to be mailed to our address (you will receive this from us once you agree to hire us).
• If there is a current site on the web that you particularly like, send us the link. We are confident that we can make your site look as good with a similar format.
